I’m excited to invite you to my Vision Board Class, where I’ll walk you through creating a powerful, intentional vision board designed to help you gain clarity, set goals, and take action. But before we dive into the details, let’s explore why vision boards work—and how they can help you unlock your potential.

Why Create a Vision Board?

  • Your brain thinks in pictures: Visuals speak to our subconscious mind, making it easier to focus on our goals.

  • A picture is worth a thousand words: Images can capture your aspirations in ways words cannot.

  • You can’t hit a target if you can’t see it: A vision board is your personal roadmap, keeping your goals front and center.

More Than Just a Collage: Vision Boards with Purpose

When I started creating vision boards over a decade ago, it was fun and crafty—cutting out pictures from magazines and gluing them onto a board. But it wasn’t strategic. Today, my process is intentional and thoughtful. Each image I choose represents a specific goal or desire across different areas of my life.

During my Vision Board Class, we’ll go beyond aesthetics and focus on the why behind your vision. We’ll explore:

  • Personal growth: What do you want to become?

  • Health and wellness: How do you want to feel?

  • Career and finances: What does success look like to you?

  • Relationships and community: Who do you want to surround yourself with?

With the ease of online resources, you can find images that resonate with your vision. And remember, these images are symbolic. They don’t need to spell out every detail—they need to inspire you.

Vision Boards Aren’t Magic—Action is Key

Will everything on your vision board come true? Maybe not overnight. But vision boards are more than just wishful thinking. They’re a tool to help you:

  1. Clarify what you want.

  2. Focus on your goals daily.

  3. Motivate you to take actionable steps.

A vision without action is just a dream. That’s why, after creating your board, it’s essential to reverse-engineer your goals:

  • What steps do you need to take?

  • What resources or support do you need?

  • How can you break down big dreams into manageable milestones?

In my class, we’ll cover how to set achievable goals and stay on track toward making your vision a reality.

Where to Place Your Vision Board

Visibility is key. Don’t create a vision board just to stash it in a drawer. Place it somewhere you’ll see it daily:

  • On your bathroom mirror.

  • Above your desk.

  • As the background on your phone or computer.

Each time you see it, you’re reinforcing your goals and aligning your actions with your vision.

Real Talk: It’s Okay if Some Dreams Take Time

There are goals on my vision board that have been there for years—like becoming a NY Times Bestselling author. Does that mean I’ve failed? Absolutely not. It’s still part of my dream, and I’m actively working toward it.

Remember:

✨ Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars. ✨

Every step forward is progress, even if the destination feels far away.
