5 Days of Thanks and Giving: Join our November Gratitude Challenge

On days when it seems like there’s so much to do and so little time (especially when we’ve just turned back the clocks) it’s more important than ever to focus on the things that we have in our lives, versus the things we don’t. From the places we call home to our beautiful families and our strong and capable bodies, there's so much to be thankful for. That is why we’re relaunching our 5 Days of Thanks and Giving gratitude challenge!

Sign up at the link below and you’ll receive a link to our gift of gratitude booklet, which contains a bundle of goodies such as journal pages, a Mama self-love meditation, thank you cards, and a gratitude craft for your family.

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them.”

John F. Kennedy

The booklet also contains your weekly schedule. Each day, we will post a daily challenge on the @fit4momhq Instagram page for you and your family to participate in, leading up to Thanksgiving. From taking time for yourself through meditation to giving back to your local community, the week will be filled with ways to express gratitude for the people and the world around you. Our 5 daily challenges are quick, easy to follow, and are a great reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things.

Giving thanks in the small moments will lead to big improvements in your mental and physical health. So, mama, what are you thankful for today? There’s no time like the present to start practicing the art of gratitude.
