Position: Marketing Manager
Location: FIT4MOM Home Offices in San Marcos, CA
As a marketing manager, you will manage the company’s communication through the following key channels: email, social, paid advertising, and owned media. You will work closely with our Director of Content, VP of Sales and the CEO. In addition to this, you will work to create repeatable processes that ensure best practices in brand communication, lead generation and database management. You will also conduct analysis and reporting that will be used by senior leaders across the company. This is a role that has a wide range of projects, accountabilities and collaborators and will typically require working with deadlines.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on traffic, leads, conversions.
Manage key marketing campaigns and lead management.
Create and maintain metrics reports across multiple platforms.
Monitor and maintain quality within the marketing database.
In conjunction with the Director of Content, manage the company’s corporate social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, with both internal and external audiences
Distribute content from our team and franchisees that educates and inspires our audience and supports marketing goals.
Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
Manage the setup of paid campaigns, including reporting and optimizing.
Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)In conjunction with teammates or service providers, report and manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
Conducting analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Strong analytical skills (including use of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in marketing automation system(s) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
General social photography/videography understanding and desire to learn,
Creative thinker with the ability to move projects forward with buy in from key team members.
Understanding of Photoshop/LightRoom a plus.
