Or perhaps you have done my workout videos Mama Wants Her Body Back or read my book Lean Mommy. But I come to you now as a regular mom in pursuit of health and happiness in motherhood. Why am I doing this podcast? My why is to give women the strength for motherhood. I created Motivating Mom because I believe in moms! I believe that moms are the catalyst for change in their families. The goal of this show is to help you get out of overwhelm and in to peace in the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
