I always love learning how food fuels our body. Every cell of our body is built upon what we feed it. And clearly we are what we eat. What were your two biggest take aways? Mine were that we should be eating a diet mainly of vegetables and meat should be the condiment AND that we need to be very cautious about our blood sugar.
