You're invited to the FIT4MOM Share the Love 14-Day Workout Challenge that includes 14 days of on-demand classes and encourages you to accomplish a daily meditation and water tracking on top of daily movements.
14-Day Challenge Details
- Who: You and a BFF/mom friend; grab an accountability buddy to complete this challenge with you
- What: All you'll have to do is follow our 14-day calendar. Upload to the 'gram every day after you've finished your daily workout so we can cheer you on & share! Be sure to tag @fit4momhq + use the hashtag #F4Msharethelove with each post from a public account so we can see. You'll get 14 total graphics so you can post one a day! Have fun and add a selfie as a carousel post, a motivating quote that got you through the day, a photo of you + your bestie virtually workout out "together", etc!
