With all of these workouts, please listen to your body and go at your own pace. These routines are simply suggestions, and designed for a mom who has beensafely cleared for postpartum exercise.
The HIIT workouts we filmed are a bit more challenging, and if you have not been previously exercising on a weekly basis, we ask that you take any impact out of the movements (for instance, going up to your tip toes instead of jumping), or skip these workouts entirely if they're too intense!Have a great week, Mama!
