With all of these workouts, please listen to your body and go at your own pace. These routines are simply suggestions, and designed for a mom who has beensafely cleared for exercise.
The HIIT workouts we find are a bit more challenging, and if you have not been previously exercising on a weekly basis we ask that you take any impact out of the movements (for instance going to your tip toes instead of jumping), or skip these workouts entirely! HERE YOU GO!
