About the instructor: Jaclyn Wilson lives in Encinitas, CA with her husband Eric and sweet pup, Luna. Before moving to California, Jackie lived in New York, where she worked in the fashion industry. Prior to finding her true passion as a certified yoga instructor, Jackie was a professor at FIDM. After being a yoga student for over 10 years, she finally followed her heart, where she combined her love for yoga and teaching to become a yoga instructor. Completing Yoga Six Teacher Training and extending her knowledge under Katie Brauer, Jaclyn also studied with the Institute for Integrated Nutrition and is a Certified Health Coach with a focus on healthy cooking including vegan and vegetarian styles. Believing the ocean, yoga, meditation, and a healthy meal can always lift your spirits, you'll typically find Jackie in the kitchen or on the mat.
