What we are looking for:
Proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of our executives and our team
Ability to manage and execute tasks with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
Confident and enthusiastic attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the company externally
Willingness to tackle tasks both small and large, straightforward and unfamiliar
Oversee day-to-day schedule and communication for our CEO
Perform administrative duties for our leadership team, including managing email & calendars, communicating with external partners, arranging travel and preparing documents & reports
Coordinate internal and external meetings, phone calls, and events across multiple locations and time zones
Plan and execute events, including prepping for partner meetings, team off-sites, or speaking engagements.
Manage and contribute to special projects, as needed
3+ years of experience in office/ops management in a fast-paced, tight-knit team environment
Experience supporting VP or C-level executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps, including Gmail, Calendar, and Docs
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people
Self-motivated and highly reliable - Able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Can manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
Passionate about FIT4MOM and eager to contribute wherever necessary to help the company succeed
Bachelor’s degree preferred
