Stroller Barre Debuts in San Diego
(San Diego, Calif.) Aug. 15, 2012 --- Stroller Strides®, the country's largest pre- and post-natal fitness program for moms, today announced its newest program, Stroller Barre™. The new class from Stroller Strides, is poised to become the new favorite in town.
Stroller Barre pulls from ballet, Pilates and other barre methods while incorporating pre- and post-natal fitness training. A free preview class is set for La Costa Resort and Spa on Thursday, August 23rdreplacing the regularly scheduled Stroller Strides class. The first Stroller Barre Session will begin at Coronado in September.
Stroller Strides instructors everywhere are getting ready to step up to the Barre. The largest fitness program designed for moms is expanding their offerings by adding the highly anticipated Stroller Barre class to their repertoire. Stroller Strides founder, Lisa Druxman recruited her National Fitness Director, Farel Hruska as well as a former professional ballerina and now, new mom to create an energetic new class which will give participants amazing results. Using isometric training techniques, Stroller Barre is a full body workout in which the stroller is used as a barre, for resistance and balance.
