Summer Body Countdown - Week 1

8 weeks! We have 8 weeks until summer! And while I am not one to promote dieting or place too much weight on how you look in a bikini, I do want you to enjoy your summer. I want you out there playing with your kids. I want you in the pool, on the beach and on the lake enjoying your family. I want you comfortable in your skin so you don't feel the need to hide behind sundresses or beach towels. Your body is meant to be enjoyed.

Would you be ready right now to bare your body? No worries if not. We have 8 weeks to get you feeling great!

Each Wednesday, I will post a new Summer Body Countdown assignment. The trick is to commit! Commit to trying something new and creating new habits. If something doesn't fit you, swap it out for a new healthy behavior that does. If you are already doing what I ask, then add a new healthy habit. Are you ready?
