I am asked this question all the time...what are the magic number of days per week to see results? Most trainers will probably state that 3x per week is ideal. While there is some truth to this, the reality is the more days you can commit to, the higher your adherence to your fitness journey. If you are new to exercise, start with 3 days per week. When that feels manageable, start adding in another day, and then another until your are active most, if not all, days of the week. When exercise becomes part of what you do (and who you are), you will find that it is part of your schedule, your day...your life!
