Actually, you can! As you move through your day, imagine that core stabilization happening in the vertical position. You will have an anticipatory core contraction before you do what life asks you to do; before you stand up, before you pick up your children, before you reach for something...You protect your spine before EVERY movement in life!
So, let's not leave our planks on the floor - Get up and take them with you!
