3 Ingredient, Healthy Pancakes?!

I have seen these on FB, Pinterest, Instagram and basically all over the world wide web. I pinned, book marked, and liked them with out giving them a second thought. Then I made them and I swear my world got a little brighter...3 ingredient pancakes?!?! That are soooo easy to make?!?! That fill me up?!?! And taste delicious?!?! It is all true. Brace yourself, because once you try these little disks-of-happiness, you will never be the same again!

FIT4MOM Pancakes:

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 egg

1 scoop of almond butter(get the AB that has no added yuckiness, just almonds)

Directions:

Mash the banana up with a fork. Add egg and scoop of almond butter(approximately 1Tbsp). Stir together until a batter is formed.

Put skillet over med/high heat and warm up. Spray with cooking spray (I love Trader Joe's Spray Coconut Oil). Poor in batter (should make 3 pancakes). Once set, flip over. Cook until done. Add whatever toppings you like. I like top drizzle a little more almond butter and put berries top top. Enjoy!
